1. I paid for membership but when I try to sign in my email address and password do not work
Upon paying for a membership you will receive a confirmation from the processing credit card company or Pay Pal, whichever is the method of payment you chose. In addition to this you will receive a welcome email from E-MotionCards. If you do not receive these two emails, your payment did not go through. Please try again and possibly use another payment method. Please feel free to send a message by clicking on "Contact Us" if you continue to have a problem so we can assist you!
2. I just paid for membership but when I try to send a card the message asks me to join or sign in.
You have to be signed in to send cards. After receiving the confirmation email upon paying for your membership, go to the home page and click on the "Sign In" link in order for all of the features to be available to you and to send any of the cards on the site.

As a member you need to "Sign in" to send cards and to have all the features available to you or perhaps your membership has expired. If so, click on "Renew".
4. I am a member and sent a Free Card. Why isn't the card showing up in the E-Cards Sent.
You have to "Sign In" in for the Address Book and the E-Cards sent to record your cards sent.
5. I would like to send a Free card to multiple recipients.
As a member you will be able to send one card to as many people as you would like including your entire mailing list. This feature is not available to non-members.
6. I am a member but have forgotten my password.
Click on the "Sign In" link then click on the "Reset Password" link. A password will be emailed to you at the email address on your account. You can change this password to a password of your choice after "Signing In" , click on "My Account" link at top of page, click on "change password".
7. I need to change my email address or account information.
"Sign in", click on "My Account" at the top of the Home Page. Click on "Edit My Account Information" and enter correct information.
8. I would like to eliminate an address in my address book.
Click on "Reminders" at the top of the home page. You will be able to delete any addresses on this page.
9. I try to play a card and it will not play.
Occasionally one of the e-cards does have a glitch and it does not play or you can not sent it but this is rare. Usually when a card won't play or you cannot send a card you need to close out of your browser then restart the browser and log onto E-MotionCards again. By doing so the error should now corrected.
10. I personalize the card but when I try to send it nothing happens.

11. I no longer would like to receive the newsletter. How do I discontinue receiving it?
"Sign in". Click on "My Account". Click on "Edit my account information". Remove check mark from the box indicating you would like to receive the occasional newsletter.
12. In using Firefox the VIDEO cards are off center.
